Role and Responsibilities

Manage  Bidding and Quotation Management System (BQMS) and other procurement procedures to support timely execution of marketing and other business activities with quality services (e.g. process acceptance of vendor selection request, sending RFP/Q, selection of vendors, contract changes)Manage Vendor Evaluation and Management System (VERS) and instruct colleagues on vendor registration process, submit vendor registration requests, organize vendor evaluationPerform due diligence process by auditing vendorsMaintain a pool of competitive vendors and eliminate unfit vendors through Quality Assurance processExecute market research and tendering process for attracting existing and new vendors for TendersIdentify possible risks in relation to procurement tasks and report them to the management (any improvements)Communicate with the procurement process owners and external partners to obtain information, clarify offers, make decisionsDevelop policies, procedures, and standards to new and existing procedures; updating and revising the related documentation

Skills and Qualifications

Higher education or previous experience (2 years) in a fast-pace Corporate environmentFluency in English and preferably previous experience in an international environmentGood planning skills – to be able to multi-task different projects for various department effectivelyExcellent time management – observing deadlines, monthly, quarterly, annual and for individual projectsInterpersonal skills – communication with external vendors and stakeholders on all levels of seniorityCommunication skills - being able to explain complex process in simple terms and achieve results by influencingCuriosity – natural desire to find out things, seek missing information and backgroundResilience – the ability to say ‘’no’’ when appropriate and enforce due process
