We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team, who will responsible for handling purchase requisitions, creation of Purchase orders from approved purchase requisitions, discrepancy /exceptions / amendments handling in PO, RFx support, PO expediting and handling queries from customers.

Procurement Specialist

You can expect to:

· Articulate/ communicate in a manner which is understood by clients / end-users

· Connect with the customer & provide highest level of satisfaction to the customer

· Ensure process guidelines (Purchase requisitions, Purchase orders, spot buys) are followed and met as documented

· Achieve process SLAs / metrics – productivity and quality targets within the established timelines

· Raise process related issues on time with process lead and team lead

· Resolve process related queries, expedite on data requests and escalate for resolutions

· Implement small process improvement projects

· Record data relating to production statistics, end-user related notes, etc. as appropriate

· Contribute towards creation of knowledge updates & stay updated with process knowledge / changes

· Ensure updating of SOP

· Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work

· Act as a buddy for New Hires & Conduct refresher training and contribute to and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions

We expect You to:

· Have good spoken and written English language (B1 and above)

· Have more than 2 years of experience in Transaction Processing in Procurement

· Have exposure to P2P tools like SAP, Ariba, Coupa , Peoplesoft or similar platforms desirable

· Have good communication and time management skills

· Be customer focus and have positive attitude
