Procurement Specialist
**Summary:**
● To deliver cost effective solutions through supplier sourcing, negotiation, and for Capital One Philippines.
**General Responsibilities** **:**
+ Conducts sourcing on a per need basis and determine the best supplier(s) to support various Line of Business (LOBs) requirements
+ Performs supplier accreditation/evaluation based on company policies and guidelines
+ Negotiates with selected suppliers to achieve Best-In-Class commercial terms on cost, delivery lead time, payment items, warranty, and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
+ Liaises between supplier and various Line of Business (LOBs), to ensure quality of goods and/or services received is satisfactory and delivered in a timely manner
+ Performs stakeholder management through several LOBs being supported.
+ All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
**Basic Qualification**
**●** **Educational Background:**
○ College graduate of any 4-year course
● **Professional Experience:**
○ 5 year work experience (BPO/Shared Services Procurement experience)
● **Skills Required:**
○ Effective interpersonal and communication skills
○ Good negotiation skills
○ Good attention to detail
○ Stakeholder management
**Preferred Qualification**
**●** Graduate of Economics or Business course is a plus
