About the Role

Responsible for conducting sourcing events as request by business owner for project with spending reach threshold set in Sourcing policy. Negotiating for favourable terms, with suppliers of procure goods and services.

• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders from end to end
• Build and develop and implement sourcing strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, service delivery improvements and process efficiency
• Establish procurement controls and guidelines
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to AIA policies
• Discuss problems on delivery and performance with suppliers and third-party providers
• Involve in organisation-wide sourcing and procurement projects

•Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
