Job Description Summary

This position will be part of the C&W Shared Services team for procurement with a focus on the Technology & Data Solutions (TDS) requests along with the Corporate Category Management (CM) operations in the EMEA region, or other regions as required. This will encompass strategic sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management, negotiations, and operations for procurement activities within scope.

About the role:

Review and support procurement strategies aligned with C&W’s goals and objectionsProvide support for activities such as preparing purchase orders, managing requisitions, and final invoice payment. Performs the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals with guidance from manager.evaluate capabilities, identify suitable solutions, and work to award contracts.Assist the team to manage supplier relationships to ensure the procurement of high-quality products and services while negotiating favorable terms and agreements.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required. Demonstrated experience in procurement or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with procurement best practices, sourcing, and vendor management.Basic understanding of contract negotiation, legal terms, and regulatory compliance in English.Good team collaboration skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
