Procurement Specialist (Fixed-term)

This is a hybrid, temporary position (until the end of September 2026) within the OneProcurement team, supporting all Roche entities in Poland. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering alignment across entities, and continuously seeking process improvements.

The Opportunity

Co-create OneProcurement for divisions in Poland, share knowledge with other Procurement Partners while looking for new solutions and contributing to constant teamwork improvement.

Manage end-to-end processes in the assigned procurement categories while sharing values across both Polish divisions, assessing risks, and co-creating and implementing procurement strategies.

Build lasting relationships with suppliers, business partners, and internal stakeholders in both Polish divisions, integrating a strategic sourcing perspective into key processes.

Conduct and oversee negotiations across applicable spend-pool categories, including contract planning, negotiation, execution, interpretation, and maintenance.

Identify and lead productivity improvements by collaborating with joint supplier/unit teams, driving cost reduction opportunities aligned with the sourcing strategy.

Who you are

An experienced Procurement Partner/Specialist with 3+ years of indirect procurement experience.

A proactive, self-driven individual with a positive can-do attitude, great sense of ownership and accountability and with a desire to make an impact as a part of a high-growth, transformational team that is Bold, Relentless, Curious, and Collaborative.

Able to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.

Showing analytical skills, capability of processing big data sets & drawing right conclusions with proven negotiation skills.

Present experience in managing multiple priorities and projects in parallel.

Fluent in Polish and English.
