Key Responsibilities:
Assist COP/ DCOP to develop and roll out SOPs and guidelines for PSM, synthesised from various sources, relevant to PNG and GF supported grant.Coach and mentor RSSH team (mSupply and PSM) on TGF policies and guidelines for health product management and procurement / supply chain management.Contribute to technical projects such as supply chain planning and quantification and forecasting exercise for TB HIV drugs and commodities.Oversee health product management and orders placed on Wambo, GDF and local procurements.Coordinate monitoring of payments and reporting for all procured products to ensure accurate reporting to TGF.Oversee implementation of recommendations from JID for warehousing, 3 PL management.Review findings of OCA (organisational capacity assessment done by USAID) for KPAC and IGAT Hope and develop protocols, policy guidelines for PSM for both organisations.Carry out on the job trainings, virtual engagements with partners for addressing ProVision and other procurement processes under PR.Administration and logistics – develop value for money approaches for events and logistics under PR.For NDOH (based on need)
Technical Support to the Medical Supplies Technical Working Group and represent PR.Support NDOH based on need to take up Wambo or other identified platform for implementation of any approved reforms.Finalize capacity development for at least 1 PHA to manage last mile supply chain operations and supervision of HF level medicine management.Assist NDOH to map scope of ongoing GoPNG and partner funded PSM capacity building projects and provide technical advice to improve projects coordination and oversight.Technical assistance needs identified and scope agreed.High quality Health product management template for 2025-2026Training reports, SOPs (E.g. 3 PL Management)PSM manual for PRPSM manual for CBOs1 PHA operational plan for PSM in consultation with PR and PHADefining Cost efficient approaches for GSD & Health product teams to implement in context of PNGA mapping of partners’ strengths and defining scope of ongoing PSM capacity building projects or interventionsApplicant Types Accepted:
