Procurement Transformation Process Lead
Sourcing Governance & Transformation Lead This position is responsible for leading the governance and transformation initiatives across the Sourcing and Contracts teams. The primary functions will be driving the design and implementation of transformative initiatives within the Sourcing and Contracts teams. This will include improving automation across the Procurement systems and developing an integration roadmap across Procurement and Third-Party systems (i.e.) Workday, ContractPod, Ariba, Archer, etc.). This position will interface directly with business partners across the enterprise and at various levels of management to implement change. The objectives are to drive efficiency, solve business problems, achieve speed to market, manage risk, ensure compliance, manage demand, and limit total cost of ownership as it relates to third party spend for products and services. This position will develop standardized policy and process across Sourcing and Contracts to align with enterprise standards. This also includes enhancing reporting capabilities and managing system updates/changes. Other job functions include analyzing opportunity, providing project updates, process management and maintaining third party contracts. Additionally, this position is expected to support the delivery of strategic objectives and other corporate core values. Position Responsibilities: * Responsible for managing multiple complex transformational initiatives through cross-functional collaboration and a disciplined approach to project management that enables consistent execution. * Responsible for developing streamlining processes and creating/maintaining process documentation to support risk mitigation in collaboration with Contract Services, Legal, Technology, Cyber, Compliance Risk and Business stakeholder areas. * Develop and maintain reporting and analytics from Procurement managed systems including Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Performance Management, Third-Party Risk * Utilize e-Procurement systems to facilitate sourcing, contracting, and purchasing activities. * Authorized to maintain contract data in accordance with Procurement and Contract Administration policy.
