Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesProcurement&Transportation business syst coordinator main role is to identify, write specifications for development & implement needed standard tools to reach best efficiency for our P&T center worldwide by ensuring deployment of best practice methodologies.
The Procurement&Transportation business syst coordinator is accountable for
• Detection of current pain process to be improved.
• Write specifications related to the tools needed to be developed.
• The implementation of required standards and best practices related to supply chain management of the P&T centers, for both serial life but also for upcoming programs with collaborating with operational team and also with support teams (Ingestion, Troubleshooting, …).
• The update of all the standards in place including RASIC for the P&T centers (Digitalization, automation) and their adequate diffusion within the platform (including Documentation/instruction).
• Build empty packaging management process and animate within PC&L network
• Support deployment of ISO based on Packaging master data consistency & accuracy linked with Packaging audits. Create Standardization and ensure BG validations

▪ ISO deployment
• Ensure Packaging Master Data reports.
• Set up the means to provide to Central P&T with logistic KPI’s
• Development of SQL Backend for MPTS
• Support management in the implementation of logistic tools and provide technical support.
• Support GROUP functions in:
o Freight Report
o Packaging audit files
o Network design files
Team Management, Training & Communication
• Meet the code of conduct of the Company and promote it within her/his team. Behave as a “role model”, according to the “Being Faurecia” spirit
• Provide support (technical) and escalade issues to his manager, when required
• Cascade all important information and provide reporting to her/his manager
• Select, manage & develop her/his direct reports
• Be an active member of the PC&L Packaging network (pro-active communication on Faur’us, …)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
▪ Bachelor's degree in industrial or supply-chain management
▪ Multi-functional & multi-cultural communication,
▪ Knowledge of the logistics systems, ability to analyze data
▪ SAP knowledge, especially MM module
▪ PMS/ECC knowledge is a plus
▪ Minimum bi-lingual (English + one other languages)
▪ Customer orientation / Team spirit / Autonomy / Resiliency / Openness to new ideas / Priorities management
