Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesMain Mission
The Support Function Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations of multiple support functions within P&T organization. The main mission of this role is to ensure good collaboration and efficiency across various support functions. By providing strong leadership, streamlining processes, and fostering effective communication, the Support Function Manager enhances overall operational effectiveness and contributes to the success of the organization.

Execution
• Lead and manage multiple support function teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Set clear goals, provide guidance and support, and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
• Streamline support function processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, with each team member, to track the performance and/or deviations
• Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased efficiency
• Prepare regular reports,presentations and action plan on department performance, accomplishments, and challenges for management review
• Support Purchasing department to improve suppliers performance , using Service Quality & performance rolls
• Leadership of the standard codification of packaging in FCS and apply best practices for better management in SAP
• Lead the training activity for all MPTS members and identify future session to improve performance of MPTS activity
• Ensure accurate datas in FCS and alert plants in case of non-accurate updates
• Support plants to keep basics in reception (goods in transports and in raw material) to not inmpact NRFT (just for logistic litiges)
Team Management, Training & Communication
• Promote and ensure the respect of the code of ethics and code of management
• Provide support (technical/managerial) to his team and escalade issues to his Manager, when required
• Promote teamwork, encourage professional development, and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities
• Cascade all important information to his/her team;
• Provide reporting to her manager;
• Ensure the safety of employees through training and respect of the environment,
• Conduct the annual assessments of his team members;
• Be an active member of the Supply Chain network
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management
• Multi-functional & Multi-cultural communication, overseas experience a plus
• Proven experience in operations, in procurement/transportation management, eventually not related to automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build effective relationships
• Strong Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams
• SAP knowledge and especially MM and PP and TMS modules appreciated
• English + native language (+ other languages as a plus)
• Customer orientation / Leadership / Team spirit / Autonomy / Openness to new ideas
