Procurement/Vendor Master Data Specialist

The PositionPurpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Procurement Team in their daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate management of procurement processes. The role is temporary (for 12 months on a full working day) and will support the procurement processes within Roche Bulgaria and maintain the vendor master data in SAP.

Main Responsibilities:

Support Procurement Team in their daily activities – Purchase Orders/Purchase Requisitions Creation etc.

Vendor Master Data management – support creation of new Indirect Supplier, Health Care Organizations and HCPs, change in existing vendors, blocking/unblocking vendors in Smartsheet tool, performing due diligence process for selected vendors etc.

Support the disclosure of Transfer of Value to HCPs in TSR

Electronic archiving of all incoming invoices

Supporting various ad-hoc procurement tasks

Work with various internal departments and Roche Service Solutions, Hungary

Key Job Requirements:

Education, Qualifications and Professional Memberships:

Graduated or in 3rd or 4th year student in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or similar specialty

Experience:

1-2 years relevant working experience is an advantage

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Good knowledge in MS Office (experienced in working with Excel)

Previous experience with SAP is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;

Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn;

Passionate team player

Languages:

Excellent command of English language
