+ Develop and manage routine operational plans and procedures to enhance planning capacity and improve inventory management activities + Set priorities, allocate resources, and develop strategies and methodologies on various planning activities + Review projects and results and make informed decisions + Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance + Inspire and motivate staff while fostering ethical standards to align with the company’s goals and targets + Hold weekly staff meetings to discuss updates, issues, and concerns + Collaborate with Finance and planners to reconcile purchases & inventory concerns + Collaborate with Finance & Logistics for PI and Cycle Count activities + Work on issues requiring analysis of data, relevant factors and resolve problems + Drive automation & improvement projects to support the planning operations + Conduct performance evaluations and provide timely feedback Basic Qualifications/Skills Required + A graduate in Industrial Eng'g or related field preferably with a minimum of 5 years of experience in production/material planning and/or data analytics + Ability to manage cross-functional teams + Strong leadership, commitment & is flexible in dealing with employees + Strong sense of urgency & work within tight deadlines + Knowledge in various MS Automation tools is an advantage + Excellent communication skills & can relate well with people + Ability to remain impartial and demonstrate maturity when resolving conflicts + Possess coaching skills + Has been with Teradyne for at least 1-2 years for Internal applicants We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
