Assess availability of materials based on customer prioritization.Review material shortage list.Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedule.Monitor status of Work Orders after Investigation.Communicate with Materials and Production Teams to proactively identify issues that will affect production schedules.Understand and review production/planning capacity.Create Work Orders for part issuance.Coordination to WH for the parts preparationCoordination to Buyer for the recovery of lacking partsCoordinate with CSRs for scheduling AOG, expedite,  and other priorities.Coordinate with CSRs regarding orders with lacking parts and volume forecast.Review safety stock adjustments with ME and Buyer.Update CSRs with commitment on delivery date.Create weekly and monthly report to monitor planning metrics and identify issues and help needed.
