What the day will look like Business Development Division (BDD) is to acquire insurance business of major Japanese corporations. Producer in BDD will be in charge of developing new business of Domestic Program and Global Program out of Japan by making use of resources. This position acquires following responsibilities, but not limited to: + Develops and manage client relationships in order to increase penetration sales and cultivate new business opportunities. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Strong will and skills to expand target lists and land them. + Strong will to continue the approach until acquiring such accounts. + Flexible and intellectual capability depending on the situations. + High capabilities in preparation of the presentation materials and excellent delivery. + Quick and ready response capabilities at any given situation. + Internal coordination capability to orchestrate the new business development work.
