We’re looking for a Producer to take the ownership of core features and content production on our flagship title, Angry Birds 2. Partnering with Product Management and leadership on the game, you will be responsible for the success of our Live Operations team, guiding through great organisational and process fundamentals. This is a fixed term parental leave cover for 10 months from May 2025 to February 2026.You will have impact and fun at work by:Driving live operations feature development: Lead and coordinate the entire product development cycle within the Live Operations pod, from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and effective feature and content production.Facilitating team collaboration & communication: Foster open communication and collaboration within the pod and across other development units, ensuring everyone is aligned towards common goals.Managing the project: Oversee project deliverables, break down complex tasks, develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery against our objectives.Prioritizing & planning: Collaborate with the team to prioritize features and tasks based on project goals and stakeholder feedback, while optimizing development efforts.Advocate continuous improvement: Owning change leadership within the team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.Experience and skills we are looking for:Several years of experience in project management within game production or software development, demonstrating a strong understanding of the development lifecycle.Ability to translate complex projects into clear, manageable tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated proactive and culturally aware leadership, fostering team cohesion, driving collaborative problem-solving, and achieving shared goals.Strong understanding and experience with iterative and test-driven development methodologies, combined with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.It would be nice if you also have the following skills:Knowledge of game development principles.Experience with live operations in video games, particularly mobile or free-to-play titles.Our team is located in our Stockholm studio, which follows a hybrid working model with 2 days spent together in the office per week.
