We are looking for an experienced Producer to manage different special action projects in advertising campaigns. This role is key to ensuring the flawless execution of unconventional projects such as brand activations, immersive experiences, live events, and special content for multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination and a problem-solving approach, working closely with clients, internal teams and external suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, coordinate and supervise all stages of special actions, from conceptualisation to final execution. Ensure that all projects meet creative, budget and time targets Act as the main point of contact between client, creative teams, suppliers and other stakeholders Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, including designers, associate producers, technicians and freelancers Create and manage detailed budgets for special actions, ensuring value for money and cost compliance Negotiate with suppliers and contract external services as required Manage permits, contracts and legal aspects necessary to implement projects in specific locations or unconventional contexts Oversee installation, assembly and disassembly of production elements Collaborate with the creative team to develop unique concepts that surprise and connect with audiences Explore new technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions for special actions Identify potential risks during the development and execution of the actions, proposing preventive and corrective solutions Monitor the impact of special actions, collecting key data and reporting to the client Incorporate learnings to optimise future projects


REQUIREMENTS

Studies in Production, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. Experience of +5 years in advertising production in special action projects, preferably in creative agencies or production studios. Experience leading projects and with multiple stakeholders Knowledge of emerging technologies applied to brand experiences, such as augmented reality, virtual reality and interactive activations Excellent organisational and planning skills Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Creative thinking and problem-solving skills High english level
