Your New Role...

The Producer 2 will be responsible for supporting the International Content Unit, filling in as line producer, and assisting with show segments. This position will help manage the CNN Fast Channel, CNN Max initiatives, and will create content for CNN International and the platforms it feeds into. 

Your Role Accountabilities...

Write scripts and packages and create additional content.Pitch and produce creative map and explainer segments in close collaboration with graphics team.Support management of CNN Fast content and CNN Max initiatives.Collaborate with supervisors, anchors and newsgathering colleagues to deliver strong, live newscasts.Be across key video and sound elements in order to build strong segments and shows.Partner with guest planners on focused segments.Coordinate with copy editors on writing assignments.Have a keen sense of show timing.Demonstrate responsibility in placing sponsored content where required.  

Qualifications & Experience...

Two years of experience line-producing preferred. Ability to write copy quickly. Possess a demonstrated interest in international news.
