Purpose of the Position
Contribute to the achievement of the objectives to develop a commercial effort that allows the continued growth of CMB's sales distribution channels (BBU, MME, Large Corporate segments) in such a way that they represent more than 20% of HSBC's income. Insurance.
Contribute to the achievement of the objectives to achieve and exceed the goals of the Insurance AOP at CMB, always seeking optimal levels of new sales and renewal through a high-quality process and methodology, implementing an Insurance management model which includes support and client visits, robust training program, coaching, incentive and motivation schemes, measurement and monitoring.
Lead multifunctional work teams with internal areas, business partners and external suppliers that allow the generation of new initiatives that lead to increased sales. Responsible for the correct functioning, motivation plans and incentives, sales campaigns for CMB
Responsible for ensuring that the insurance offering, both manufactured and distributed for business, is sufficiently robust for the needs of the segment.
Responsible for the segment's insurance sales strategy, actions and plan
Responsible for communication towards the group and towards the bank.

 Knowledge of Insurance products and their industry.
 Leadership and team management.
 Superior skills in Negotiation and Sales.
 Analysis focused on detecting opportunities for improvement in commercial processes.
 Decision making regarding operational and commercial problems.
 Generation of strategies to increase levels of profitability and service.
 Knowledge of products, processes and services related to business care.
 Knowledge in Economic-Administrative areas.
 Work under pressure with internal and external clients.
 Teamwork skills and interdisciplinary groups.
 Advanced English disabled.
