Led by Visa’s first Chief Data Officer, the Global Data Office coordinates high-impact, complex, company-wide projects related to data business strategy, critical investments, policy development, and marketplace execution. Working closely with Visa’s Chief Privacy Officer, the Technology organization, the wider data community, and the full set of Visa’s global lines of business, the Global Data Office is evolving Visa’s data-related work with momentum and enthusiasm. The Visa Analytics Platform team’s goal is to provide our clients with a one-stop shop for meeting their data analytic needs. The Product Analyst will be responsible for working cross-functionally among global and regional product and sales teams, and others to gather and document requirements for new reports and reporting enhancements that drive revenue and support key business initiatives across Visa. You will write user stories and take on the product owner role for a team that will create, develop, test, and deploy these new reports and reporting enhancements to the Visa Analytics Platform in service of client needs. You will coordinate with marketing and legal teams to create documentation, trainings and other communications to ensure users are able to get the most from these new reports and enhancements.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
-2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

-3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
-2+ years of work experience performing the scrum product owner role
-Proven problem solving skills with a strong focus on client needs
-Ability to transform business requirements into detailed technical requirements that enable technology teams to deliver product features based on business needs
-Experience in a business analyst or product management role with knowledge of platform development
-Excellent interpersonal skills to build connections with internal Visa teams
-Excellent analytical (qualitative and quantitative) acumen and strong attention to detail
-Curious and inquisitive personality, with a strong desire to get beyond the what and discover the why
-Collaborative spirit and a knack for finding solutions that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders
-Ability to create and influence strategy

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,800 to 166,150 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
