Job Description

Develop, automate, and maintain B2B platform to optimize flight operationsTranslate product strategy into initiatives with detailed requirements and prototypesScope and prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impactAnalyze system performance and generate insight for product improvementsWork closely with stakeholders from product, designers, marketing, operations, engineering, business, and external stakeholders to align partner performance metrics with business objectives

Requirements

At least 1 year experience at top tier multinational tech, engineering firms, multinational banks, or have credible and strong track record in building or growing a business

At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or other technical fields from top local/overseas universities with strong academic

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies; with aptitude towards solving complex problems

Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
