Product Analyst
The Product Analyst will support the Product Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the product team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of engineering management, quality assurance (QA) testing, release management, and handling new bugs and features. The Product Analyst will also contribute to enhancing the product's overall quality and user experience by collaborating with development, design, and business stakeholders.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Support successful execution of engineering management tasks, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint execution.Perform QA testing for new features and bug fixes to ensure product quality before releases.Own bug fixes and feature requests, working with the development team to prioritize and resolve them efficiently and design team when new solutions are required.Coordinate release management tasks, including preparing release notes and facilitating deployment schedules.Support sales and CS teams by addressing product-related inquiries and escalating issues as needed.Gather and document user requirements and feedback to support future product development.Monitor product performance and user metrics to identify areas of improvement.Maintain and improve processes for managing feature requests and product feedback.Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic planning.Create and maintain product documentation.Continuously review, refine and update product and engineering processes to improve quality and efficiency of team.Assist the Product Director with strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field2+ years of experience in a product, QA, or consulting role, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
