Product Analyst
We are seeking a talented Product Analyst to join our Consumer Wealth team at Mercer. This role will be based in Wellington. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates initiative and proactivity, is highly motivated, and can effectively manage competing deadlines. The successful candidate will uphold a strong commitment to professional integrity and transparency, take pride in prioritising customer needs and strive for the highest standards in their work.
We will count on you to:
Prepare a variety of product information documents and data by collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information and coordinate reviews and approvals.
Ensure that policies and process documents are created and updated for all products, including their key processes and systems.
Conduct business requirement analysis and propose enhancements to products and processes.
Participate in business projects and initiatives within your team and across the wider organisation as needed.
Research external market trends and industry products, analysing and evaluating your findings.
What you need to have:
An interest in managed investment funds.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in IT tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Capacity to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a demanding work environment with tight deadlines.
