**Job Summary and Qualifications**
As a Product Analyst on the I&A Projects team, you will play a crucial role in supporting a wide array of projects across the enterprise, providing vital assistance in Identity & Access (I&A) governance. Your work will ensure that projects adhere to the highest standards of I&A practices, maintaining the integrity and security of our systems. You will collaborate with project teams to navigate the I&A landscape, facilitating the application of proper governance protocols. Your contributions will enhance the effectiveness of our I&A framework, supporting the organization's commitment to an agile, robust, and averse to risk I&A program.
+ **Connect** with internal and external stakeholders to **gain** a comprehensive understanding of the I&A landscape.
+ **Serve** as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to I&A processes, **directing** individuals to the appropriate resources or experts.
+ **Facilitate** the flow of information between team members and other departments to **ensure** a cohesive understanding of I&A practices.
+ **Assist** in the **development** and **maintenance** of I&A documentation, ensuring processes are clearly outlined and accessible.
+ **Participate** in I&A projects, **contributing** to the team's efforts to **streamline** and **enhance** access management.
+ **Support** the Manager I&A Projects in **implementing** strategic initiatives, **providing** insights from the ground level.
+ **Engage** in continuous learning activities to **deepen** your knowledge of I&A concepts, **applying** this knowledge to improve team performance.
+ **Collaborate** with the I&A team to **identify** and **resolve** challenges, **leveraging** your growing expertise to **advocate** for effective solutions.
+ **Continually identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiencies.**
+ **Performs other duties as assigned**

**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or other applicable degree preferred
+ One or more years in an Identity and Access or Information Technology job role
**Other Qualifications**
+ A strong desire to learn and grow within the I&A domain
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
+ A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to take on challenges
+ Fundamental critical-thinking skills
+ Basic understanding of IT security policies
+ Understanding of basic project management skills
+ Demonstrates basic analytical skills by identifying process issues.
+ Demonstrates basic knowledge of IT principles.
+ Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects on time.
+ High level of patience, empathy, courtesy, and listening skills required in dealing with customers and their problems or concerns.
+ Ability to judge severity of problems and use discretion in obtaining services needed.
+ Ability to adapt and embrace new ideas, technology and organizational changes.
+ Ability to sit for long periods of time.
