Responsibilities Responsibilities & Deliverables: As a Product Analyst, major part of your responsibility would be to, Collaborate with Finastra Business Units products managers representatives in order to gather business requirements to be implemented via FFDC. Prepare a solution document based on a received requirement and get it approved by relevant stakeholders. Write high-quality epics and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria. Remain involved with projects through the development and QA life cycle to ensure that the actual implementation meets the proposed requirements/solution Support customers and Finastra Global Services team during UAT and production implementation phases Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Maintain comprehensive product documentation of business processes, requirements, issues. Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions using agile methodologies. Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years of experience as a business analyst with knowledge into banking domain Proven experience in business and system analysis Experience in requirement analysis and solution design Strong communication skills – verbal & written Excellent English – mandatory Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment Experience working independently with minimal guidance. as well as within a team Experience working with developers and discussing possible design options Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills Experience in agile development Optional Skills: Understanding of OpenAPI standard and API use cases Experience with Microsoft Azure services Understanding of PowerBI datasets and dashboards Understanding of microservices architecture Experience with Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
