As a full-time employee in the FIS University Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including bi-annual performance connects with your manager. 

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

This position is for a June 23, 2025 start.

About The Team

The Image Solutions Product Team is a group of 9 individuals focused on Item Processing, Remote Deposit Capture, Document Imaging, and Lockbox payments.  The team is distributed across multiple locations in the US, with executive leadership located in our Atlanta office. 

We are passionate about understanding and meeting the needs of our Clients, solving problems and helping them grow.  We work closely with our Business leaders, Implementation and Support teams, and the Development team to deliver robust software solutions and services.  We also align with Marketing and Sales to bring those solutions to market.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide content for product roadmaps, ensures timely delivery and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmapsPrepare and present product roadmap reviews as well as providing product’s general strategic directionCollaborates with senior management to provide content for market messages, sales collateral and as needed RFPs (request for proposal)Completes business scope documents and defines and documents user personas for individual productsResearch market and client needs to plan feature requirements for addition to product roadmapPlan and execute projects within the product lifecycleAs needed, support sales and marketing campaigns to promote specific products

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of studyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skillsAdaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work well independently and within a team

Bonus If You Have

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BIKnowledge of programming languages and software developmentFamiliarity with compliance
