Product Analyst - GenAI

This job is responsible for supporting the definition, delivery, and success of WellSky's current and future solutions. The scope of this job includes working with stakeholders to solidify solution requirements while becoming an expert to define, analyze, and document software-integration requirements.

This role is on the Applied Insights team, a center of excellence focused on developing advanced analytics solutions and features across the WellSky portfolio.  This role will focus on features that deliver value through emerging generative AI capabilities, which show immense potential to transform the clinician experience and caregiver efficiency in ways that lead to increased capacity and improved financials for the care delivery ecosystem. To succeed in this role, one must be a perceptive and reliable problem-solver with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Map user journeys and identify key interaction points where GenAI can add value or improve the experience for the user or the patient.

·       Actively experiment with new genAI models, techniques, and potential use cases.

·       Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization, and adhere to agile development principles with support from the solution manager.

·       Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes.

·       Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and planned solution features functionality to internal stakeholders.

·       Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to create user stories based on defined requirements for small- to medium-sized projects that follow standard practices and guidelines.

·       Gather success criteria data and report on solution metrics, key performance indicators, and client adoption (Quantitative data analysis).

·       Gain and apply an awareness of the ethical implications of using GenAI, including bias, fairness, and privacy. Interact with WellSky’s Responsible AI Committee as needed when planning and building features based on generative AI.

·       Perform other job duties as assigned.​

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

·       At least 0 - 2 years relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Healthcare tech or provider operations experience strongly preferred.

·       Landscape Analysis: An understanding of the current GenAI market, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.

 

Job Expectations:

·       Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.

·       Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.

·       Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.

·       Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
