Product Analyst (Hybrid)

Broadridge is hiring!  We’re seeking a Product Analyst to join our stellar teams.  You would be responsible for representing the needs of our clients and the markets they serve. This position will support one or more software platforms and work closely with our market-facing Product Managers in defining stories, prioritizing the backlog and streamlining the execution of program priorities while maintaining conceptual integrity of deliverables. The Product Analyst will lead an Agile team, implement rigorous product management practices, and pave the way for future and ongoing product growth across a multitude of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients’ interests in the delivery of new product implementation and ongoing product management initiatives

Assist in the establishment and management of rigorous product management processes

Incorporate feature requests into internal and client-facing product roadmaps

Refine and prioritize the agile development backlog

Prepare prioritized agendas for weekly business and scrum team refinement sessions

Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria, both independently and in partnership with key business and technology stakeholders, supporting acceptance test-driven development, including validation that delivery complies with its Definition of Done (DoD) 

Set sprint goals

Plan and coordinate monthly User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Conduct monthly UAT and production validation for certain stories

Plan and participate in monthly releases and upgrades, in conjunction with technology partners

Author release notes each month, both internal and client-facing

Analyze preferences and requests of end users

Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback

Lead team demonstrations to program stakeholders and assist in the preparation for retrospectives

Meet with key clients (virtual) to review upcoming release content and present updates to the product roadmap each quarter

Qualifications:

1-3 years of work or internship experience as a product owner, business analyst or similar role in product management preferred

Experience or exposure to  Asset Management, Retirement, Group Benefits, Insurance, Healthcare or Annuity industries a plus  

Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies preferred

Mindset that encourages collaboration, self-organization, accountability and a drive to deliver high-quality results

Team spirit and effective communication abilities

Strong organizational skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Ability to collaborate, lead and influence cross-functional teams

Ability to identify gaps, program risks and take pre-emptive actions to address them

Demonstrated technical and financial aptitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong technical writing & visualization skills

Strong execution and product delivery skills

Ability to prioritize work to ensure completion in a timely manner

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $65,000 - $70,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
