What you will do
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Analyst I to join our team. As a Senior Product Analyst role, you will support the profit and growth of Personal Lines Products. This roles provides Product Managers and senior management with assistance in analyzing our book of business, providing competitive research and helping to keep products current with the market. Performs routine and ad-hoc analysis to drive profitable growth across the Personal Lines segment and to achieve annual business plans and objectives.
Leads project Performs rate revision as assigned without supervision and completes P&C presentation to senior management Develops new tools and reports and innovates to create process improvements Serves as a mentor for other product analysts and helps to create training material for the team Directly mentors or provides staff support for special projects and interns as assigned by supervisor/manager Ability to create pricing models for assigned states and productsWhat you need
Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, actuarial science, economics or related analytical field preferred. At least 4 years of related insurance product experience or an advanced degree with transferable skillsets highly preferred. Experience in Python and ExcelSalary: $ 60,405.80-$90,000.00
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.
