Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **NOTE: This position is not elegible for sponsorship now or in the future.** We are seeking an experienced data analyst to join our team and take the lead analyzing value-added services performance across various channels, including Boost Mobile stores, eCommerce, and National Retail. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for Retail Wireless executives, providing insights and analysis on promotion performance, customer churn, and customer segmentation. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with our acquisition marketing analytics and data science teams for cross functional analytics leveraging insights throughout our organization. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovative data-driven strategies to enhance our value-added services financial performance and customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design dashboards and visualizations for business reporting. + Analyze large data sets to uncover trends and insights. + Monitor VAS performance to identify issues and patterns proactively. + Build and automate enterprise reports using tools like SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau. + Develop a VAS rating system to measure and predict performance. + Communicate findings to executive leadership and field teams. **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + 3+ years experience as a data analyst or similar. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, and advanced Excel. + Functional knowledge of Tableau Cloud and Power BI. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. + Strategic thinker with a passion for the wireless industry. + Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects effectively. **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
