**What you’ll do:**
The **Product and Sales Tool Data Administrator** will support the sales and marketing organization in product data management and data preparation for sales tools. That includes accurate and complete product creation and maintenance for alignment across core tools, classification setting, grouping and/or hierarchy setting. They will be part of the program team to support data accuracy and drive sales tool adoption while supporting SAP projects (quote to cash).
The Product and Sales Tool Data Administrator will be working with various ERP systems. SAP is the leading system which is interfaced (fully or partially) to CRM system (Salesforce), CPQ, Bidmanager and PDH/TPH-Reltio. The Administrator will be supported by the program team, local field product and pricing managers and will contribute to improve the core tool adoption through accurate data flow across systems.
This individual will support the validation and review of settings in different systems, check correct set up of interfaces from SAP to different systems while working closely with business and IT for improving the various systems that host product and sales data, including doing User Acceptance Testing.
**1. Responsible for analysing data readiness across core tools (SAP / CPQ / Bidmanager) in deployment projects, identifying data creation, update or maintenance required to secure accurate data flow in different tools.**
+ Customer account data in SAP and Salesforce.
+ Product data in SAP / Bidmanager.
+ Pricing data SAP / Vistex liaised to CPQ .
**2. Support CPQ data preparation**
+ Use set up
+ Approval flows
+ Pricing thresholds
+ Translation and output document templates
**3. Liaise/coordinate with central master data team for updates (PDH / TPH-Reltio / SAP).**
**4. Support as part of a global team the development and enhancement of Eaton's central master data management initiatives.**
**5. Support on different projects and help with requirement gathering, testing with mulitiple sites in parallel, drive core processes and implementation.**
**6. Support SAP project (QTC = quote to cash), roll out core processes within EMEA sales organizations, lead calls with business, support various SAP projects.**
**Qualifications:**
+ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
+ 1-2 years’ experience in similar role (e.g. (Master) Data Analyst, customer, product and price)
**Skills:**
+ Demonstrated ERP skills (SAP). Additional experience in product configurator tools a plus
+ Self-management skills, taking initiative and influencing decisions through others
+ Must be attentive to details, innovative and with strong prioritization skills
+ Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Additional European language a plus, but not essential
