The role will be centrally responsible for leading interactions with key customers, translating application issues into viable solutions. Job Description:

Accountable for providing technical product application support to the frontline sales team in the Non-Ferrous Metals sector across EuropeBy frequently visiting customer production sites, you will identify and understand their needs, effectively communicating these objectives to relevant departments, such as R&DCollaborate with other teams to assess and establish technical feasibility and product costs to inform the final proposalConduct presentations for customers on technical and product-related topics in partnership with the sales/key account managerSuggest product modifications to meet specific customer needs or requirements.Uphold the highest standards of EHSWillingness to travel 50%, primarily within Germany and neighbouring countries

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor level education in Chemistry, Engineering or related subjects7+ years’ experience in Technical, Application, Production or Maintenance within the Non-Ferrous metals sectorFluency in English
