The Product Architect owns all technical matters related to their assigned products. This includes designing and orchestrating feature implementations; maintaining, guiding, and improving the architectural integrity of the products; and ensuring best practices and architectural guidelines are followed for the Products. Experience with TestRail or similar software testing tools is preferred.
Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of both the product code base through hands-on experimentation and explorationAssess and shepherd the technical delivery of products to ensure adherence with best practicesDrive continual improvement of development processesCollaborate with the Product Management Team and other stakeholders, contributing to the product roadmap, product requirements, and product release scheduleIdentify gaps in the technical aspects of the end user experienceEstimate software development requirements and effort, propose alternatives, and prioritize development tasks for a given area
Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field4+ years of experience in software engineeringStrong technical background with experience with software testing products, including TestRailExcellent English verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical rolesAbility to take raw product requirements and develop software architectures and designs to bring products to lifeWillingness and capability to learn quickly with minimal directionData-driven and relentless in researching options to ensure the very best outcomesPerformance and efficiency obsessed
