The Payments Data & Analytics team is comprised of Treasury and Merchant Services. Our group balances the art of decision making with science to deliver actionable insights and innovative data products at scale. Payments Data & Analytics is defining and executing the multi-year global analytics strategy and roadmap for the firm, driving the build-out of the analytics environment, innovative data products, establishing cross-functional and cross-LOB data assets, and shaping overall analytics best practices.
As a AI and LLM Sr. Associate Product Manager, you will work collaboratively across Payments product, data science, technology, servicing, and sales teams to shape and deliver our next generation data products focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying impactful use-cases within the Merchant Services business and partnering across multiple teams to deliver those use-cases.
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact LLM and AI use cases in the Merchant Services domain. Partner with product, data science, and the Machine Learning Center of Excellence (MLCOE) to design and implement AI-driven solutions. Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of AI solutions. Utilize big data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the success of AI initiatives. Effectively communicate complex AI concepts and project updates to business partners and senior leaders. Navigate and influence within a matrix organization to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy. Bachelor’s degree in a data related discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Economics) Experience in analytics (e.g., SQL or Python) – candidate needs to have the ability to analyze data to make decisions, experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery and requirements definition Superior problem structuring and communication skills to enable senior management decision making Experience in promoting deep technical products and concepts to a range of stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in the payments industry and/or technology-enabled industries is highly desirable Ability to identify creative and simple solutions to complex problems.
