Product Associate - Fashion Plumbing

Position Summary:

Do you possess an entrepreneurial spirit? We're looking for someone passionate about bringing new products to market within the luxury portfolio of our Trade channel. As part of the Product Management team, the candidate will be essential in owning the strategy of their product portfolio. This includes product lifecycle management, pricing, promotions, commercialization, and achieving portfolio sales and profitability.

This position will be the owner of the assigned brands within our luxury product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales and sharing with our Trade customers through the launch of new products. As the product subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and sister business units to define and execute product, pricing, and promotional planning. These responsibilities require strategic thinking, data analysis, and the ability to work with a broad range of cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do:

Develop and deliver on a multi-year product roadmap to ensure a continuous pipeline of new products in the luxury brand business segmentAnalyze data and develop business case proposalsMaintain competitive informationIdentify trends and new product segmentsAnalyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targetsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure product launches and promotions are executed on time throughout the yearInteract with domestic and international sister business units to gather key information and data to support product launches in the Canadian market

What You Will Bring:

University degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience1-3 years experience in category management or project managementValid driver’s license and ability to travel internationallySelf-starter with a “General Manager” mindsetExcellent time management skills as well as verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and using data to gain meaningful business insightsProject Management experience is an asset
