岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：

1. Workstation研发项目团队和PA测试团队的关键窗口，负责Workstation项目的所有测试和过程管理。 

2. 管理项目中各实验室的测试工作，包含根据产品需求和项目schedule，和测试实验室一起制定测试方案，保证项目质量和进度。 

3. 项目Design阶段Lead cross team准确识别项目风险并进行有效管理。 

4. PA关键里程碑/测试进度/状态/风险/问题管理。 

5. 负责准确了解客户需求,并Leverage实验室能力达成客户化的测试目标。

岗位要求/Job Requirements：

1. 3年以上Workstation或Server项目管理经验，自动化/电子/计算机或相关专业。

2. 能使用英语流畅沟通。

3. 良好的抗压能力，沟通能力和ODM管理能力。

4. 熟悉所有系统测试的流程及规范。

5. 工作态度积极认真，有责任心，能主动积极学习
