3 - Job  Description:

The incumbent will ensure the implementation of all Product Assurance tasks on institutional projects for the assigned perimeter (project or sub-system), and as such she/he will

Ensure the compliance to project requirements or, as applicable, that deviations are duly documented and justifiedEnsure that project activities are carried out in compliance to Company Quality Management System, applicable Standards and RegulationsEstablish and maintain appropriate interface with the Customer Quality representative, for all relevant PA mattersRepresent the privileged interface for the Project Management team for relevant PA mattersEstablish/update the Project PA Plan (if applicable) in compliance to the PA requirements, and ensure that it is correctly implemented throughout the ProjectEnsure Non-Conformities are managed according to applicable requirements and processes internally and within suppliers, ensuring proper visibility to the CustomerCoordinate the activities of the Project Quality team, ensuring that the PA Requirements and/or Plan is correctly flowed down at all levels, internally and towards external suppliersPrepare Quality documents under PA responsibility, and verify/approve other project Quality documentsEnsure a proper reporting of Quality aspects towards the Customer, the PMO and the managementEnsure the participation to (internal and Customer) Project meetings and reviews as relevant, providing Quality contribution whenever necessaryEnsure that lessons learnt are formalized, capitalized & promotedExercise the duty of alerts and the right of vetoes according to existing processesEnsure that Risk Management processes are well executed, and provide proactive contributionsEnsure that continuous improvement processes are in place and implementedParticipate to transversal activities, contributing to improve best practices, coaching and supporting younger and less experienced colleagues

5 - Required Experiences and Skills

7 years’ experience in the Space Domain (nice to have)5 years in Quality (preferably as Project / Product PA)Deep knowledge of ECSSCapability to effectively interface at management levelVery good communication and negotiation skillsCapability to effectively coordinate and delegateProactivity, open-mindednessFluency in English
