Product Availability Coordinator

The Product Availability Coordinator’s focus is to maximize product availability for customers whilst minimizing inventory holding across a complex supply network in Europe. The core responsibility of the role is to proactively collaborate within different teams to provide up to date information and look for solution to manage stock from a short horizon perspective.
The job holder will review stock, production and forecast information to identify product supply risks and using this information, liaise with network planners, market collaboration leaders, local market co-pack planners, customer service and sales to drive mitigation activities.
All these activities will be performed through our signature CMOS process and must ensure key communication on supply interruptions both internally and where appropriate externally to customers.


What are we looking for?

A higher education degree, preferably in business or a technical field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics – but not limited to this).Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, at a minimum B2 level.Strong computer skills, with a solid understanding of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.Be able to build productive relationships and communicate

effectively at all levels as well internally as externally.

Familiarity with SAP, Rapid Response, PowerBI would be a great addition

What will be your key responsibilities as Product Availability Coordinator?

Drive product availability to ensure a sustained service level of 98.5%Ensure actions are driven across the supply chain to improve product availability, e.g. amendments to production planning, faster transit times, amendments to future forecastApply a continuous improvement mindset ensuring that deletions are appropriately assessed and understood and that actions are implemented to prevent recurrenceDrive efficient stock managementProactively highlight overstock issues, identifying root causes and appropriate CI actions to ensure prevention of recurrenceManagement of stock age profile of FG preventing best before / NQC issues
