Your Opportunity: Taylor is seeking an experienced Product/Brand Manager to join their packaging division in Fridley, MN! This role will be responsible for managing printed folded carton product lines, driving brand growth, and aligning products with customer needs, market trends, and company goals. The Product/Brand Manager will work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to enhance brand equity, increase market share, and meet revenue targets.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the product strategy, from ideation to launch. Work closely with product development teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs and business objectives.Own the brand vision and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Use insights to influence product positioning and pricing strategies.Work with sales, marketing, operations, and R&D teams to ensure alignment on product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional efforts.Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring products are successfully launched, tracked, and optimized based on performance metrics.Manage budgets for product development, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.Work closely with customer service and feedback teams to monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, implementing adjustments as necessary.Provide sales teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell the product. Collaborate on sales strategies and ensure product positioning aligns with sales goals.Set Strategy with Senior leadership and ensure the Marketing go to strategy is aligned.Account for weekly/ monthly reporting for packaging revenue and how we are tracking to monthly/quarterly/ YTD sales targets.Understand drivers that are impacting the Packaging category.

You Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred5+ years of experience in Product Management, Brand/Category Management, or MarketingA self-starter mentality with the ability to operate within an organization independentlyProven experience in developing and executing successful product strategiesExperience with market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysisStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, collaboration, and project management skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisionsKnowledge of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software
