Demonstrate product management skills within Polish market for Laser B2C product category.Ensure effective tender management by consistently meeting deadlines for local processes and those directed to headquartersWork closely with Key Account Managers to ensure planned scale and tactical promotions for target sales.Actively participate in and support budgeting and planning activities to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.Analyze and understand dynamics of product category and wider market to interpret trends and opportunities for growthDevelop mid- to long-term price positioning and product support plans to ensure optimalpricing and profitabilityDevelop go-to-market strategies for new products and an annual tactical plan for the existing portfolio.Foster strong communication and collaboration with central and local stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Sales Support, and Trade Marketing
What we ask
