At BSI, we are seeking a Product Certification Auditor to conduct product certification assessments across diverse manufacturing environments. In this role, you’ll ensure compliance with BSI’s rigorous certification schemes and Kitemark standards, playing a key part in upholding product quality across industries.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct product certification assessments and deliver findings to clientsRecommend the issue, re-issue, or withdrawal of certificates based on complianceBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and account growthLead assessment teams and mentor colleagues when requiredPlan and schedule audits efficiently, maximizing time and revenue opportunitiesManage a portfolio of assigned clients, scheduling visits, conducting assessments, and ensuring smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of industry experience in construction product manufacturing (Metals & Cast Iron, Plastics, Glass, Rubber, Electrical/Lighting products) or gas appliance manufacturing (GAR/PED)Prior experience in product assessment or external auditing (preferred)Strong understanding of factory process controls and ISO 9001 quality management systemsAbility to travel frequently (100%) across the US, Mexico, and Canada (must live near a major airport)Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
