Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PCF Leader to lead and drive our new product development projects, primarily in the semiconductor packaging sector. This leader will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that product development aligns with market needs and technological advancements, optimizing the lifecycle from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
·Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the Product Commercialization Framework tailored for semiconductor packaging solutions, ensuring alignment with industry trends and company objectives.
Project Initiation: Follow appropriate project management methodology including gathering and defining comprehensive project requirements, developing project charter, project plans, budgets and schedules, determining staffing requirements, and forming cross-functional project teams.
·Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams to ensure seamless development and commercialization of products.
·Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams to drive initiatives through product development stages, ensuring timely completion with appropriate resource.
·Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies, to gather feedback and ensure compliance.
·Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs related to product performance, market penetration, and profitability; utilize data to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
·Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing project management methodologies and tools specific to semiconductor packaging.
·Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies within the semiconductor packaging industry to maintain expertise and inform best practices.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
·Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor packaging industry, covering areas such as product management, commercialization, or related roles; have established network in semiconductor packaging industry is a plus.
·Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of semiconductor packaging processes, materials, and market dynamics.
·Skills:
Strong ownership and accountability on project management/execution with “get things done” attitude.
Proficient in data analysis and market research methodologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English writing and speaking
