The role is responsible for ensuring client-facing product offerings from Effectv are packaged, launched, and scaled to deliver the best outcomes for our clients, and the Effectv business. In particular, this role will focus on leading go-to-market efforts for Comcast Advertising’s growing portfolio of reporting and attribution solutions-designed to prove the value of our ad offerings to clients. This individual contributor role will be an important cross-functional partner within all stages of the product lifecycle – from opportunity evaluation through product launch. The ideal candidate will work with members of our Product commercialization team, Product Mgmt. team, Sales Development, ePMO, and Comcast Advertising teams to help us scale the best products for our clients. **Job Description** **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Business, Product Management, Product Marketing or related field + Experience level – 5+ years' experience in a product marketing, product management, commercialization, and go-to-market role + Strong understanding of advertising proof of performance results (reporting/attribution) + Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Business, Product Management, Product Marketing or related field + Experience level – 5+ years' experience in product marketing, product management, commercialization and go-to-market role + Strong understanding of TV/Media ad landscape, connected TV (CTV), over-the-top (OTT) advertising and other advertising formats is preferred + Experience building and executing product launch and scale plans + Comfort in working in a cross-functional role. + Track record of success as a storyteller with demonstrated ability to develop a message and communicate across stakeholders in an organization. + Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity in a complex, matrixed organization. + Analytical, solutions-oriented skillset. + Comfort in both strategic and hands-on tactical execution. + Excellent, written, verbal and presentation skills, with an ability to work with both business and technical product stakeholders. + ‘Business owner’ mentality – ability to analyze a situation, review alternatives with stakeholders and make a decision + Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity – 4 days/week in office, 1 day remote **Core Responsibilities** + Supports Comcast Adverting Reporting and Attribution team go-to-market strategies and launch plans to support adoption of solutions with advertising clients + Execute scale plans for Comcast Ad Reporting/Attribution solutions and serves as liaison to ensure cross functional teams assist with plans + Identify new opportunities to build reporting and attribution solutions that provide competitive advantage for Comcast Advertising + Champion product commercialization team by developing resource repository, trainings, and guides to promote broader team function across the organization + Internalizes and represents the Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. + Performs competitive analysis and conducts market research + Teams with product development to deliver high quality products on time. + Participates in the strategic planning for enhancements to product content, pricing, packaging, and features. + Assists in budgeting and variance analysis of product's unit and financial performance, with goal of identifying opportunities and risks. + Concisely communicate trends, opportunities, and risks, develop, and defend POV for product features/benefits. + Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable) + Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. + Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
