Product Communication Manager (m/f/d)

At Endress+Hauser, progress happens by working together. As the global leader in measurement instrumentation, our ~17,000 employees shape the future in the field of process automation. Whether developing and realizing new technology as a team, collaborating to build instrumentation, or strengthening vital relationships with countless global industries, we work to create trusted relationships that help everyone thrive. As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the world at large.

We are looking for a Product Communication Manager to join our team and bring our digital offering to life for customers around the world. In this role, you’ll be part of Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions—our dynamic and forward-thinking product center that leads the charge on digital transformation for the process industry. From IIoT to Industry 4.0, our team in Reinach is pioneering new ways to deliver real value through innovative, user-friendly digital products and services.

What is the role about?
Are you passionate about turning complex ideas into compelling stories? Do you thrive on translating technical innovation into real customer value? Can you see the bigger picture and connect it with every message and material you craft? If yes, then this role could be perfect for you.

As Product Communication Manager, you’ll be the voice of our digital offering—crafting messages that resonate, supporting offering launches, and helping the world understand the value behind our technology. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Development Managers, and Senior Leadership to shape how we show up to customers, both internally and externally.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

Support the planning and execution of product launches and extensions, managing all communication touchpoints to ensure smooth rollouts, internal alignment and effective internal and external visibility. Provide high-quality marketing communications counsel and materials that make our offerings easy to understand and compelling to customers, through the entire lifecycle of our products. Coordinate and support campaigns, promotional activities, and internal communications tied to our digital portfolio. Create and manage a library of marketing assets such as brochures, sales tools, website content, internal platform materials, and case studies. Support event planning and represent the offering at key company events. Act as a key communication partner to teams across the organization — e.g. Technical Development, Product Owners, Business Development, and more. Establish feedback loops with internal stakeholders to continuously improve our communications and offering materials.

What do we expect from you?
You have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (a Master’s or MBA is a plus). At least 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, communication, or similar roles—ideally in a SaaS, digital product, or industrial/technology environment. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional (e.g. Sales and Product Management) and international teams to drive success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and clearly communicate complex ideas. A strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills when it comes to campaigns, assets, and messaging. Strong experience in executing marketing strategies based on market and customer insights.  Experience with content and product information management systems (CMS, PIM). Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Demonstarted strong interpersonal skills by building trust across diverse teams, actively listening to colleagues and stakeholders, and fostering positive, productive working relationships through effective communication and empathy. Fluency in English; and German (at least B2).

Nice to have:

Experience in a B2B environment with technical offerings. A keen interest in digitalization topics, particularly Industry 4.0 and the digitalization of processes. Familiarity and experience with process industries is a plus.

What can you expect from us?

A dynamic and innovative work environment at the forefront of digital transformation. Opportunities for professional growth and career development. A flexible and family-friendly work culture that supports work-life balance. Competitive salary and benefits package, including health and wellness programs. The chance to be part of a company that values sustainability, diversity, and long-term vision.
