Job Description

Danfoss is seeking a passionate & motivated Specialist, Product Compliance to join our Sustainability and Product Compliance Team as part of our global Innovation and Development organization. Focusing on growing our Product Compliance culture you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Danfoss Power Solution products are meeting applicable regulatory requirements. Protecting the company’s reputation and enabling it to sell its products in global markets. Working at our location in Považská, you will contribute as a key link between different departments across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
 

You are playing an important role in improving our Product Compliance Structure and Culture Representing Danfoss Power Solutions in working groups and networking groups to share knowledge and align our way of working across Danfoss. Promote Product Compliance across the company by training your colleagues as needed. Driving the implementation/ improvement of Product Compliance topics in our Processes & Templates Continuous investigation of global, regional, and local regulations related to product safety, environmental compliance and other relevant areas (e.g., RoHS, REACH, EMC, UL, CE marking). Background & Skills

You are interested in non-road mobile machinery and their hydraulic and electric solutions. You have a strong team spirit and can build relations and cooperate across borders and cultures. You are known for your positive and can-do mind-set. You contribute to a fun and helpful work environment, where trust is key. You have a strong analytical ability, good communication skills and focus on details enabling you to see matters from a product compliance point of view.
 

Furthermore:

Proficient in written and spoken English. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. In-depth knowledge of relevant product safety and environmental regulations. Familiarity with product development processes and manufacturing operations.
 

Experience:

You have bachelor/master degree. Experience in Product compliance, regulatory affairs or a related field is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems or similar compliance management software is a plus. Employee Benefits
