Your Role:
EMD Electronics is seeking a Product Compliance Specialist. This role is responsible for the central EHS data maintenance for toxicological, ecotoxicological, and physical chemical property information in SAP based on GHS/DG (Global Harmonized System/Dangerous Goods) guidelines. You will review test reports and determine hazardous classification by GHS and DG. This position will also involve communication with all stakeholders to provide regulatory solution.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Toxicology and 4+ years of experience in regulatory affairs (hazard communication) within the chemical field ORMaster’s degree in Chemistry or Toxicology and 2+ years of experience in regulatory affairs (hazard communication) within the chemical field ORPhD in Chemistry or Toxicology and 1+ of experience in regulatory affairs (hazard communication) within the chemical field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in using UN GHS/DG guidelines and hazard communication Understanding of the toxicological, ecotoxicological and physical chemical property (test reports)Data analysis capabilityExcellent presentation skillsExperience in operation of SAP EHS system
Pay Range for this position - $49,500 - $148,900
Our ranges incorporate all levels and career types available within this specific role, and are derived from relevant industry market data.
