Kimley-Horn is seeking a Product Configuration Analyst to join our Technology Solutions team. In this role, you will focus on configuring customer applications for Kimley-Horn’s technology solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. This role also involves troubleshooting issues, managing updates, and providing user training to maximize utilization.
In-office requirement: This position requires a presence in the office to facilitate collaboration, on-site coordination, and team integration.
Responsibilities Collaborate with sales and sales engineers to understand client requirements and business objectivesConfigure and customize SaaS solutions based on client specifications and best practicesPerform data migration tasks to ensure seamless transition to new SaaS platformsAssist in the deployment, testing, and support of SaaS applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration and performanceMaintain documentation for configurations, processes, and proceduresProvide training and support to end-users as neededStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve configuration processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Business Technology0-2 years of application configuration, technical client facing experience is a plusSelf-starter and excellent time management and prioritization skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communicator with emotional intelligenceExperience working in and communicating about modern SaaS technical solutionsPrevious internship or project experience related to SaaS solutions preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with effective prioritizationAbility to forge strong relationships with clients, partners, and within the team Options Apply NowApplyShareShare this job with a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
