Our client is seeking a skilled Product & Content Management Specialist to provide consistent, reliable support across their eCommerce operations and content creation initiatives. This role is critical for maintaining their online product catalog and digital presence while ensuring efficient business operations. They need someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training and help drive business growth through effective product and content management.
The Impact you’ll makeProduct Management \nUpdate and maintain Shopify store product listings\nManage product pricing and inventory updates\nEnsure accurate product descriptions and information\nHandle product image management and optimization\nContent Creation & Social Media \nCreate and manage social media content\nWrite and optimize blog posts for SEO using AI tools\nResize and edit images using Photoshop\nMaintain consistent brand voice across all platforms\nBusiness Operations Support \nProcess basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online\nFile and follow up on shipping claims\nManage email communications\nSupport general administrative tasks as needed\nSystems & Process Management \nMaintain organized documentation of procedures\nCoordinate between various platforms (Shopify, QuickBooks, etc.)\nEnsure timely completion of recurring tasks\nSupport process improvement initiatives\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nProven experience with Shopify product management\nStrong understanding of social media and content creation\nBasic bookkeeping knowledge, preferably with QuickBooks Online\nExperience with image editing and Photoshop\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and reliably\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\nExpert-level Shopify skills\nStrong written communication abilities\nSocial media content creation expertise\nBasic image editing capabilities\nExcellent organizational skills\nDetail-oriented mindset\nQuick learning ability\nSelf-motivated work style\nYou should apply if… \nYou thrive in an independent work environment\nYou're experienced in eCommerce operations\nYou enjoy both technical and creative tasks\nYou're detail-oriented and systematic\nYou're reliable and consistent in your work\nYou have an eye for design and aesthetics\n\nWhat to expect...
