Job DescriptionMonitors financial target achievement, risks, and opportunities.Provides trustfully decision relevant information / recommendation to management.Project Progress monitoring, analysis, and documentation.Monthly/ quarterly reporting & period-end closing activities.Annual business plan and forecast.Budget control with plan & variance analysis.Support standardization and automation of controlling processes.Determine performance improvement targets for project, and work with teams to develop activities to reach targets.Evaluation the investment & profitability for projects and recommendation for go / no-go decisions.

QualificationsMaster’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, controlling, Economics or related.Fluent in English both written and spoken, German as plus.Relevant experience in controlling or Finance area as plus.Proficient skills in MS Office, especially Excel.Capability in SAP system or Power BI as plus.Strong initiative, logic thinking, analytical way of working, good communication and team work.
