ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Prepare proposals and other documents to support sales Prepare purchase documents and order machinery from suppliers Coordinate and follow up on pre-sale and post-sale order processing tasks Enter companies, contacts, proposals, machines, orders into SMILE database Review and approve machine vouchers Maintain electronic machine files Prepare work orders to authorize service department work Order necessary parts and accessories from internal sources to fulfil machine orders. Supply administrative support for Product Group Coordinate supplier visits. Keep current and maintain updated video and literature resources for all group products Maintain a minimum working knowledge of the standard products to a level that enables one to respond to an initial sales inquiry Other projects assigned by supervisor

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree or related work experience preferred

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

MS Office Suite Strong Excel and math skills Experience with SAP or Salesforce preferred Exceptional written and oral communication skills Self-starter and self-reliant Ability to work with minimal technical support
