Minimum qualifications: + JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience. + Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located. + 7 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm. Preferred qualifications: + 7 years of legal experience advising enterprise clients in a demanding environment (either at a law firm, in-house, or combination of both). + Experience leading projects with clients and colleagues and directly advising the highest levels of executive leadership. + Experience analyzing policy/regulatory proposals and advocating sophisticated positions/compliance strategies. + Experience working on AI related matters/products (particularly generative AI). + Understanding of privacy and intellectual property law. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $239,000-$337,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
